Turkey Meatloaf with Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cook celery, onion, and bell pepper in small amount of oil in a skillet, stirring, about 5 minutes or until softened. Stir in garlic.
  3. Scrape into a large bowl and let cool.
  4. When cool, stir in remaining ingredients until blended.
  5. Place in a standard 8-1/2 x 4-1/2-inch loaf pan.
  6. Bake 50 minutes or until the meat pulls away from the sides of the pan. Let it rest 5 minutes before slicing.
